Reset your password

  1. Visit Higent sign-in.
  2. Use Forgot password / Reset password.
  3. Follow the link sent to your email and define a replacement password satisfying your tenant strength policy.

SSO-only organizations delegate recovery to Microsoft / Okta / etc.—use your corporate password-reset flow rather than these steps.

If no email arrives, confirm spam/quarantine folders or ask an admin to validate your mailbox on the tenant.
